This is the second time my wife and I have purchased an ATV from Carl Malone Powersports in Heber Utah. Customer service is amazing and the sales people are top notch. Wyatt sold us our newest quad and even though he is one of the newest members of the sales team his knowledge of his products and customer service were second to none. The guys in the service and parts departments are highly skilled and worked to accommodate my every need. I am a disabled veteran and have mobility issues, the people at Carl Malone made it as comfortable as possible for me and as a result WE WILL CONTINUE to do business with these amazing people. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new ATV or Side by side to go check out the dealership and the men and women who work there, you wont be disappointed. Outstanding Job!

Trey was the sales rep, Preston did the paperwork and Matt did the technical training and then kindly put the bike on the trailer. In and out in 45 minutes. It was a study in efficiency. There was no mention of extended warranties or discounted riding gear, etc. Very refreshing.

A few small issues manifested themselves after I brought the bike home and Trey quickly remedied those via email.

Karl Malone Power Sports is a class outfit. Ill be back.
